The line at 74 came from 52 films where we already knew the answer. Nearly everything above it worked. Most of what sat below did not.
01Score your work
Read a finished film, or the treatment or brief for one you have not made yet. About two minutes either way.
A public YouTube link. The film has to be viewable without a password, so unlisted and private films need the upload tab.
Keep this tab open while it runs. An uploaded film is scored during the request.

Works with a Word brief, a treatment, an email chain, a deck exported to text. It is scored on what it commits to on screen, not on how it is written.
A designed treatment reads better as a PDF than as pasted text, because the layout survives. For a Word file, export to PDF or use the paste tab.
Two of the five craft gates are read against what the film was made to do. Say so and they are read against your answer instead of our guess.
The reading appears here on screen. We also send it to you as a one-page report. Work addresses only, and two readings per address a month. If you have a slate to look at rather than one film, talk to us instead and we will do it properly.
Readings are limited so the queue stays short for everyone. If you have several films, or a content strategy rather than a single piece, that is a conversation rather than a score. One of our team will take you through it properly.
Watching the film.
